1. About this application
Hermes Chemin express is a personal automation tool operated by Wild Chameleon. It is intended for the owner’s private use only and is not offered to the public.
2. Acceptance
By using the application, the user accepts these terms. Because the application is operated only by its owner for their own accounts, these terms mainly document how it works and what it does and doesn’t do.
3. What the application does
With the owner’s consent through Google’s OAuth consent screen, the application accesses the owner’s own Google account (Gmail, Calendar, Drive and related services) to perform personal automation tasks such as mail digests, inbox organisation, and calendar and document management.
4. Your data
How Google user data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. The application does not sell or share Google user data with third parties.
5. Access and revocation
Access to the Google account can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation, the application stops working with that account until it is authorised again.
6. No warranty
The application is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may be unavailable, contain errors, or stop working without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
