About this application

HermesChemin is a personal automation tool operated by aDAM pLYWACZEWSKI. It is used only by its owner, for private purposes. It is not offered to the public.

Data the application accesses

With the owner’s explicit consent through Google’s OAuth consent screen, the application accesses the owner’s own Google account data, namely:

Gmail messages (to read, organise, summarise and send mail)
Google Calendar events
Google Drive, Docs and Sheets files
Google Contacts (read-only)

How the data is used

The data is used solely to provide the application’s user-facing features: generating mail digests and summaries, organising the owner’s inbox, managing calendar entries and documents, and similar personal task automation. The data is not used for any other purpose.

Storage and security

Data is processed on systems controlled by the owner. OAuth tokens are stored on those systems and are not shared with anyone. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sharing of data

The application does not sell, rent, share or transfer Google user data to any third party. No Google user data is used for advertising, and no human reads the data except the owner. Some content may be processed by an AI language model service operated on behalf of the owner solely to perform the features described above, and is not used by that provider to build advertising profiles.
Google API Services User Data Policy

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and deletion

Data is retained only as long as needed for the features above. The owner can delete stored data and revoke the application’s access to the Google account at any time.
